◆ These are seedlings that were grown at Tawawa House after being imported as cut seedlings from Korea and planted.

◆ They are planted in black 6cm diameter plastic pots.

They will then be placed in Kaneya Sangyo A-25 plastic pots and shipped as seedlings with soil.

The plastic pot size is an outer diameter of 6.8cm x height 6.5cm.

◆ A Tawawa label will be included.

◆ One seedling will be sent from among the seedlings in the first photo.

You cannot choose the seedling. There may be some individual differences in shape, number of leaves, and leaf color.
Also, the plant may have grown or changed color since the time of photography (10/21).

Please understand that these are plants before making a purchase.

◆ Although we check the plants before shipping, please understand that there may be insects, insect damage, scratches, damage, etc., and variations in seedling size.

Please check the product promptly upon arrival.
In the unlikely event of a defect, please contact us.
Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for issues such as soil spillage during delivery, freezing, stuffiness, or etiolation.

About Shipping Fees

Our shop does not charge for shipping to remote islands.

Customers living on remote islands can purchase with confidence.

Shipping costs do not vary based on the number of plants. (No matter how many plants you order, the 60-size rate applies to all)

However, if you purchase 5 or more pots, the 80-size rate will automatically apply. If you purchase 4 or fewer pots, the 60-size rate will apply.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please understand that we may not always be able to meet your preferences.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for plants damaged by freezing.
