◆These are seedlings grown in the tawawa house from cuttings imported from Korea.

◆They are planted in black plastic pots with a 6cm diameter.

They will then be placed in Kaneya Sangyo A-25 plastic pots and shipped as plants with soil.

The plastic pots have outer dimensions of 6.8cm diameter x 6.5cm height.

◆They will come with a tawawa label.

◆This is the actual item pictured.
However, it may have grown or changed color since the photo was taken (May 1st).

Please understand that it is a plant before purchasing.

◆Although we check for insects, insect damage, scratches, pain, etc., before shipping, please understand that there may be slight variations in seedling size.

Please check the product immediately upon arrival.
If the product has any defects, please contact us.
Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for soil spillage, freezing, stuffiness, or etiolation during delivery.

Although we carefully check the condition of the seedlings at the time of release, if the condition of the seedlings deteriorates after your order, we may cancel your order and issue a refund.     About Shipping Fees

    Our shop does not charge for shipping to remote islands.

    Customers living on remote islands can purchase with confidence.

    Shipping costs do not vary based on the number of plants. (No matter how many plants you order, the 60-size rate applies to all)

    However, if you purchase 5 or more pots, the 80-size rate will automatically apply. If you purchase 4 or fewer pots, the 60-size rate will apply.
